We ship to customers across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand using trusted third-party logistics partners. Below you'll find details on our processing times, delivery estimates, and how to track your order.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update. If you don't receive your tracking email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder before contacting us.


Delays & Lost Packages

We aim to meet all estimated delivery windows, however delays may occasionally occur due to customs, courier disruptions, or seasonal demand. If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@nordic-body.store and we will investigate the issue promptly with the courier.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We ship to the address exactly as entered at checkout. If an order is returned or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we are unable to offer a refund or reshipment.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Email us at support@nordic-body.store and our team will arrange a replacement or guide you through the return process.
