I’m Alan, the founder of Nordic Body.

I’m 37, based in Florida, and for most of my life I’ve been deeply into training — a mix of strength, endurance, and what people now call hybrid athletics.

Training was never the problem.

Recovery was.

For years, I dealt with the same cycle a lot of people face:
push hard → feel great → hit a wall → slow down → repeat.

It wasn’t sustainable.

How It Started

I first came across red light therapy while looking for ways to recover faster without relying on shortcuts or overcomplicated routines.

At first, I was skeptical.

But after using it consistently, I started noticing small changes:

• Less stiffness after workouts
• Faster recovery between sessions
• Better overall consistency

Nothing dramatic overnight — just steady improvements.

And that’s what made the difference.

Why I Built Nordic Body

The more I looked into it, the more I realized something:
